I understand your concern about "Fraud" and the "Flim Flam" stocks. And you have a real concern about "If" the statements are true. But in an R+D company, aren't there many if's. If there were no if's it would be a sure thing, and we all know there are no sure things etc, Dell, Intc, etc <G> I still think the jury is still out on this stock, but it sure is interesting. I have been using it as a trading vehicle and have made money so far. I'm not a shareholder right now, but hope I'm in it, "If" this turns out to be a home run... Just hanging around, looking for the next dip... Mark
