Apparently chickens can be vaccinated against bird flu. I know that many people do not want to eat vaccinated chickens or their eggs because they're afraid of them. So how about a group of vaccinated chickens are separated from the markets for a couple or more generations while their meat and eggs are tested against mice or whatever? Maybe those chickens would be less scary to eat and could reenter the markets as more flu resistant?
