CRUS is not a short, it's a long..beat down and ready to be taken over..remember Cryx. CRUS don't look as good as her for a buy out..but not bad..there is a chance any way.. My play is long at 10-3/8 Friday..tomorrow I sell calls Jan99 15 for hopfully 1-1/4..puts me in at 9-1/8.. if she gets called at 15 gives me 64%, I'll be ticked titless to do that in 11 months. But I would liker to see it happen faster. ---------------------------- I don't see a lot of down side the CRUS, if I'm wrong I'll buy back my calls cheaper, dump the stock..and if no really bad news is after her, sell puts..which I strated to do to start with, but just went this way..if I can't get at least 1-1/4 for the calls I may bail out and sell puts any way..I like the SEP10 at 1-1/2 makes me support it at 8-1/2..but pays 17.6% for 7 months, or about 30% a year, plus I get the interest on my money in the Money market..so thats a 35% interst rate to offer support at 8-1/2..a lot less profit, a little less risk. But to there is nothin in stone that says she will go up to 15..that 64% could be a dream. While I'm more sure of the profit writing puts. ------------------ So much for her..O I'v told a few others.. PCU is a hedge play I'm long at 13-1/2..you can get her at 13 right now.. It's a copper mine..with a lot of cash, and a good dividend. This is not a fast get rich over night thingy..but I fell she's safe and copper won't stay down at these levels more than 6 months. ------------------ Jim
