PS. If there's so much gold in them dar hills, then what is the stock doing at 6c. It just doesn't make any sense.

Brian,,,,This smells of a Reg S deal! ,,,Shares at 75% of market,,,Of course we won't know until they report it 40 days later.
,,,,Where do you think the monies for the equipment came from? ,,,,Yes, the stock will go up some now,,,only a little!
,,,,My guess is that there is about 175 million shares,,,Hope that I am wrong. Any comments?
