It looks like a good time to jump in on NOV. I'm all set with my shares, having bought more at $12 a few weeks ago. The stock has been basing so long, that the eventual rally should be very good. My year-end price target is $20.

A close above $14 indicates a breakout for NOV. There's no resistance between $14 and $17.5, so we should see a reasonably rapid ascent (in a few months).
