Surprised? As an ex-teacher and private tutor, my focus was on making youngsters learn. And I learned a long time ago, throwing money at a problem does not necessarily improve it, especially in regard to getting results, making children learn, love learning and getting them to become critical, independent thinkers who can teach themselves.

Bush 2 was the education President who spent the most money on education and he got no results. And few people have been able to figure out why since then.

Federal funding on schools is 7%.

"During the 2021-22 school year, about 13.7% of public school funding in the United States came from federal sources. This equates to approximately $119.1 billion allocated for K-12 education from the federal government."

As I posted to Rare Chickenhawk, the one tax that a real estate mogul like Trump would want repealed would be a property tax.

The other tax that he would want to repeal would be investment gains.

Trump would never give a Brandon about income taxes, though, since he doesn't really earn one and never has. Not since The Apprentice.
