Henry, thanks for the quick response. I too am quite confident that LGND is on track to file the NDA sooner rather than later this quarter.
Good point that most biotechs don't draw people with the depth of experience that LGND did.....adds to my concern when looking at other biotechs.

Anyone else have any insights into the process of preparing a NDA?

Unlike most Biotechs, LGND drew almost exclusively from the big Pharmas for senior management (I think that the 1995 Annual Report indicated that senior management had brought over 40 multi-million dollar drugs to market).>

After what happened at DEPO a while back, this now seems very important. What happened to those investors would be hard to swallow, and I can't help but think stronger management might have helped! With the experience that Ligand brings to the table, I would hope that the NDA would come off without incident.
