mathematically the ONLY proximate logical reason physical gold would be sold at a discount outside and away from the BOE window would be because the British folks believe gold shall drop against the pound, and btw, pound shall rise against the dollar perhaps their logical is correct and fear genuine, although panic not yet sincere
