Putin's minimum offer is for Ukraine to leave entirety of the 4 annexed oblasts, from which Putin is not going to back down. It includes all of Kherson and all of Zaporozhye. It is not spelled out in the leaked plan if agrees to all of it. If it does, than the plan has a chance, but I don't see Zelensky agreeing with it. But best chance to achieve peace is to exclude Ukraine and EU from negotiations, otherwise, it will go nowhere. Ukraine, as a vassal, would be represented by the US and EU could participate by picking up the bill. Trump could present this as a "win", if the US is not paying.
