Vinnie, I meant that *additional* expansion upon good news in SC would result in a very large upside earnings surprise, should they choose to go that route.

Vinnie: You are correct, bill #947 sets June, 1999 as the effective date for prohibition of VGMs. Although, should this ban happen, 1998 earnings won't be affected, I am concerned about what would happen to the stock price. Some folks have mentioned the market has already discounted VGMs from BNGO's share price. I am sure this is true to some extent but I do not believe this is fully true. I remember in early November, some folks thought the impact of a warrant call had already been factored into BNGO's price by the market. I think it is safe to say that wasn't true.
