Rosario, After a little digging, I found the board on Yahoo and sent a message to the poster there. Very simply, I asked for further verification to substantiate these rumors. We have a lot of good news working for us right now and a lot of attention being directed at AGTI. Some of that attention undoubtedly has good purpose for us shareholders, some undoubtedly does not. Believe me, I didn't invest in this company for a tax break.... Hardrocker
