I'm no expert, but I am looking to bet on my feeling that, as noted in my "dissertation" that EXL started with a majority in this JV and I believe that they will end up with over 50% (even if it is 51%).

My gut feel is that, the support seems to be 35c, today being a classic example, and that the stock is over sold at these prices. One question I would ask is why did GME let this aggravation go on for so long before saying enough is enough. In the contracts that I'm familiar with these variances are usually resolved on a monthly basis.

Just a wild guess.
