Arab public opinion is a variable that the U.S. can't control. When dealing with a bully, it's better to be feared than to be loved. Weakness begets weakness. The U.S. can control its response to the unacceptable accumulation of biological, chemical, and weapons of mass destruction. I think we've all beat this topic to death on this thread. I'm not going to talk about Saddam for at least a week. It'll give everyone a break. I'm even tired of hearing myself talk.(The CIA should eliminate Saddam-to hell with what everyone thinks. I'd do it myself if they'd let me)
