My apologies. I was carried away on Ciena and my request to Mike to consider actual real world competition was in response to his saying he was going to take a look at LU vs CIEN. This was stretching this board's indulgence. I am a long time TLAB holder. Frustrated for much of that time by lack of interest in TLAB fundamentals and future. Now the beginning of real interest and discussion of Tellabs on this and AOL Fool boards. for which I am grateful. FYI I consider TLAB a core holding in telecom equip. Did not mean to in any way discourage TLAB discussion here, just reacted to Mike's post. You are right I should have asked my question re Ciena on that board. Mike, how about going there and answering my question there :-) Chaz
