Kip, are not 144's an intention to sell as opposed to an actual sale? And how did you get Feb short interest already? What prompted you to short the stock? Just curious.

Shakush, sorry I was overly abrupt in my response. Of course, as Zeev corrected my message, 144s are filings of intention to sell. However, my understanding of the insidetrader reports (URL below) was that they show actually sales made from 144s (that assumption may be incorrect, their site is somewhat ambiguous on this point). That was the information I passed on. February short interest was posted on the WSJ site over the weekend. As for being short, it's simply the chart. CYMI has moved below previous support and looks to retest its recent low. Kip
