Bonefish, Depends on what a paint job is. I figure it should focus on, you know, actual paint, instead of other stuff like remodeling. One of my coworkers just got his house repainted for $8K, and that's paying SF Bay Area contractors which tend to be more expensive than in other areas. A house in the DC/MD/VA area shouldn't cost more than $20K at the MOST for repainting. That includes whatever work needs to be done in addition to the painting. $50K sounds pretty fishy to me.
