Vickers Insider Trading probably. I use wallst.com and buy what I need (it's a pay for what you want to buy system). Of course this brings up the question of how do you find the ones you want to buy. Most of the time I look for significant moves in WSJ or Bloomberg. Sometimes if the stock is not explosive there's enough time to buy - may miss some of the upside but not too much if you're lucky.
Vickers probably is the best choice if you want to screen as I suggested in that post you referenced.
