Patrick, I use WOW5 professional version....I am behind guys like Lizzard and others because I get end of day quotes from Dial Data at 35.00 a month via the internet(they are dealing real time all the time)...That gives me two years of data,plus I get a quarterly CD disk at about 15.00 a quarter for data going back several years... I also have a real time quote system called SmartServ Online for about 80.00 a month, where I plug in 80 stocks, set alerts, and can watch the action of my watch list real time.... If you are really serious, ask Lizard about his present system complete with Nasdaq level II.....I would say he is probably paying around 400-500 a month, but that is peanuts with the amount he is making.... Unfamiliar with Metastock...Sorry...Mark
