Re: Citrix, I think the claim of 1/6 of a processor is a little high, but 16 MB of RAM is on target. 16 MB is only $25 these days, though. I fully expect Terminal Server for NT to be a hit. Whether Novell can deal with it or not, I don't know. I think Novell needs to concentrate on File/print plus proxy services (Border Manager). Secondary to that should be collaborative software (GroupWise). Exchange and MS Proxy Server are strong products, so NOVL will have to compete on price, or more preferably, ease of use.

A small business doesn't want to have to hire an MCSE to run their network, so if NT can penetrate the small businesses that can't afford such with easy to use, and administer products they will be alright. I'm not convinced they are yet competitive here.
