Myrtle Beach is especially good in the warmer months, when hordes of tourists come with plenty of extra cash on hand.

All of this is being discounted (rightly so) by the market because the political uncertainty, but I think it's a reasonable gamble (no pun intended) to stock up at these prices in anticipation of a defeat of the bill to ban the machines. It would be nice to get some direction from Wilson on this. Perhaps our in-house analyst Scott can give them a call at some point.

Also, has anyone talked with Kecseg? It would be tremendously helpful to get his take on this.

Ed,

I am a Sales and Marketing type and not a shiny ass green eye shade type. (As I used to call our financial gurus.)

Ah, we have a CPA bigot amongst us! (gg)

So what you are saying is the seasonal thing is starting to show - I've been wondering if the bad weather down there might be affecting revenue. It seems they have been hammered lately. Of course, if you can't play golf, you may as well play poker and stay dry.

BTW, someone asked recently about Mims and the Harrison's restrictions on selling their stock - according to FRF report they must hold for three years.
