I think poker keeps the mind sharp.

It is both left and right brain, probability and reading a player and working the logic.

But the foundation is that probability that has to be adhered to-lol!

I have a whole preparation I go through before a game.

A good nights sleep, mild exercise, fish, and chocolate and caffeine, to open and oxygenate the brain and stimulate it, and a secret pill that research shows slows down dementia by 65% which I can only say in a PM-lol!!
