Ron,

Thanks for the note. I say this on occassion, and please dont be offended, but if you do not know why the stock is printing at your price, but you are not getting filled, then, in my opinion, you have a bit more to go before you should be considering trading.

The NASD, the home of ISLD, is a marketplace of many players, market makers, with different quotes and different motives. That someone is not offering stock at a certain level does not mean they wont do stock at that level.

Lets say MASH is bidding 10 on a stock thats 10 x 10 1/4. Even though MASH is bidding, dont you think they would be willing to sell at 10 1/4. Afterall, if they get stock at 10, they can't make a profit without selling it out higher.

Think of the car dealer who doesnt advertise the lowest price. He is still and must be competitive with someone who is cheaper or the client goes elsewhere. Beter to make soemthing of a spread than nothing.

On a listed exchange, if it was your offer and you saw prints at the offer, you would be complete, most likely.

We will be discussing topics like this in the OTC Only chat session this weekend...finalized plans by tommorrow, i hope.

Regards,
