you bomb to get his people to rebel against him, and get a more pro-american (or at least someone who is not insane with a false sense of power) regime in there that will truly help the the iraqi civilians achieve a better life. you bomb to eliminate (either by death or revolution) hussein....If we can go, bomb a few sites that we suspect are producing weaponary and bio-tox and show the iraqi's their leader is quite weak and full of lies (referring back to desert storm) where he said "rivers will run in iraq from blood of americans" (or something to that effect), they may just gather the nerve to stand up to him....dont get me wrong, I dont want civilians needlessly killed, but at the same time, we can't got tip-toeing around if we indeed invade or attack.....(not a scenario I would want considering the market ramifications!)
