For what it is worth, a friend whose information is quite reliable was able to verify independently the movement of "redundant" equipment to Henderson in the manner cited by FMK. His source, who has also been quite reliable, has affirmed the general progress on the coating/laminating equipment as well as the assembly equipment (lines 1,2 & 3), the latter being up to the state where there is little, if any, further adjusting required for targeted production rates. We remain waiting on continued progress in the adjustment and startup of the full scale coating/laminating lines. In his opinion, this is a matter of days and weeks, not months.

Clearly the stock retains significant risk until all parts of the line are running as designed, but I remain convinced that this will be substantially solved by 6/30/98. We all can wait for the announcement of commercial production or substantial contracts - and a more cautious investor should probably do so. But the action in the stock last week indicates to me that it probably won't take much in the way of contract, joint venture, financing, or production announcements to move the stock substantially.
