Roy, I have to say I appreciate your candor. Sometimes I look at Ancor vs. Brocade as some kind of Holy war... with life as we know it at stake. But it's really just a bunch of guys and gals trying to make a few bucks doing the thing they love... pushing the high tech envelope. Anyone have a spare stamp?

Roy, thanks for your response. I trust that you are on friendly terms with Bruce because he must be livid that you would share confidential Brocade information ( 8 port switch, $1,000/ port quoted to IBM, etc..) on the WWW. You must be one of the lucky guys who never got coerced into signing an employee confidentiality agreement. Thanks also for the $35 million investment number. Very interesting and Great G-2! How many common shares ( including convertible preferred )do you think Brocade now has after the latest $20 million round?
