To Jack, James, Jane, and WT: Thanks very much for your input. So far, I went to one new church. The first week I went there, the there was a guest speaker from Contact, which is a local organization which provides help to those in need. The music was different than I am used to, buy I enjoyed it. I went back to the same church last Sunday. There was a different music leader (it was his first time leading the praise service) and I found it difficult to keep my mind on praising the Lord while singing. The pastor had a "nice" message with some good points. There were no falsehoods in his message. I wish he would have incorporated more Bible verses in his message. All in all, it is a nice church but the service provided only mild inspiration. Perhaps I just need to get more comfortable with the people. Best wishes, I2
