The pandas are made and delivered month by month depending on demand irrespective of what authorized annual mintage be as long as the total minted comes under the total authorized. Besides the pandas and commemorative trinkets, China does not export gold. Certainly does not export monetary gold. As to the 7.17mo, perhaps one day we shall be told the truth as to why. Physical is not really convenient for trading so a lot of somebodies are withdrawing gold from the market?
