is it me or did that s3 say that there are only 5.9 million shares outstanding? @$6 p/sh..cap of $30million? i did no research other than browse your post. if the above is true, i will not short this stock, the insiders may have hedged long bets with heavy shorts, but the offshore guys are betting on getting a bargain, increasing the float, thereby diluting this stock, but essentially making it more liquid, if only 5.9 million shares are currently avail.. i will look into this further @ a later date.. it does not appear to me to be a safe short. other than a small day trade cut your losses quickly gamble short, there are bugger fish out there.. like amzn, that are definitely both shortable and near highs.... taxi
