Certain American jails,, no vote as continuous LIMBO.

Silicon Investor justice is hazy as who decides the lock ?? Just management??

How many “”lock episodes “”results in banishment,,, and is that permanent ?

Is it 3 lock episodes and yer banished?

Repeated awards of this above status can often result in banishment, which has another "special" icon representing accounts that have been terminated. Accounts may be terminated for many reasons, and are not always due to user conduct.

Hhhmmmm ponder, ponder,,, maybe longshanks can tell us when released from jail (and still with reco ability )

same as voting ability in Canadian jails.

When “banished “ on SI does that mean Guantanamo,, no rights?
