Trump's honesty and 'mental sharpness' questioned in latest polling President Donald Trump is scoring low on two key personal attributes, according to a new poll. The latest Washington Post/Ipsos poll found that a majority of Americans, 62%, say Trump is not “honest and trustworthy.” This includes 95% of Democrats, 70% of independents and 23% of Republicans, according to the results. The poll also questioned respondents on whether Trump “has the mental sharpness it takes to effectively serve as president.” The results found that 47% of Americans said he does while 50% said he does not. This includes 56% of independents who do not think Trump has the “mental sharpness” to serve as president. Twelve percent of Republicans also said he didn’t have the “mental sharpness.” Read more: nj.com
