Brooks, a fair question and it deserves a fair answer. I've stated my reasons in part in earlier posts on this thread, which, if you missed, I'll try to look up. Please ask if that's the case. I wasn't totally complete in those posts (these things take a long time), and I wasn't responding to CTO Ganesan at the time either. I'll try to expand on the reasons for my opinions. I can't do it just now, though. (How the heck do I get into these discussions anyhow? My wife would not have trouble answering this question<g>.) But I must emphasize, no matter what I say, or what anyone else might say, the best mediator will be time. Wait 5 years and see if CKFR has major technology upgrade expenses; that will be the real proof of the pudding. That's my concern, and I raise it here. I don't claim to know-all about it.
