Is the Naz about to top out?

All time high in the Naz is 1748.78, set last Sept before the correction set in.

High today is 1745.22. Can it go higher? Or will it reverse trend from here short term before moving higher?

This is another piece of the big picture puzzle that makes me think that stocks will move lower in the next two to four weeks.

One of the reasons the Naz has been able to move back to old high territory is due to the relative strength of the semi and semi equip stocks. I think it would be no small coincidence that the Naz and those stocks pulled back together now to consolidate recent gains.

I'm looking for a move back to ~1650 for ^IXIC Nasdaq Composite.
