Premier,
Bought in today at the close 8200 shares. The KKR deal as well as dumping Wiggens have convinced me. The KKR management recently sold Merit Behavioral to Magellan and they had done an extraordinary job with this deal. They now are secure with the Oxford deal and would not have sweetened the deal if they had not encountered pleasant surprises in their due dili. They have salvaged the company's franchise in the nick of time and know that by bringing in Dr. Payson that they can appease the docs and hospitals. The liquidity problem is over and the street barely blinked at the increased loss announcements. We will see 25+ soon IMHO. Salvaging the franchise and dumping Wiggens was all I needed to be convinced to go from trading to long. This is a deal that is just getting started and the good news is going to come out now because the worst is over. The KKR/Price team will do one of two things. They will take the company national or spin it off when stabilized to a large National Insurance Co. Like Wellpoint at a major premium to todays $20/share. This is a winner both short term and longterm IMHO.
