TO ALL:

Word on Bay Street is that the SouthernEra vs Marsfontein heirs court case in Pretoria has been postponed to next Tuesday, March 3, by the judge, at the request of the heirs.

Apparently, the heirs are not ready with their case...!

This is the second postponement -- the action, challenging SUF/Randgold mineral rights, -- originally, the case was scheduled to be heard on Feb 10, but at the request of the heirs was postponed to Feb. 24. It is highly unlikely that the judge in the SA Supreme Court will grant a further postponement after next Tuesday (March 3)...

If the heirs and their lawyers were not ready on Feb 10, nor were they ready for Feb. 24, what are the chances that they will be ready for March 3? --- I bet they ain't got their stuff together, folks IMHO...

Regards to all. Goalie.
