The million dollar question:

It appears to me that we have someone accumulating the stock here at the 3 3/4 to 4 1/8 range. It also appears to me that we have plenty of sellers at this level as well. So the big question is, who is going to stop first? The sellers or the buyers? Seems like a logical and obvious question, but heck if you figure it out, let me know.
