Come on, a 2.5% decline in gross margin points stinks.

Whether the gross margins are 8% or 80% is not the issue, it's the directional change.

Sales growth appears to still be out of this world healthy, and NVDA's PE valuation is not nuts for a company growing so rapidly. I don't think the gross margin decline is a big deal, but if gross margins went from 73.5% to a forecast of 75% next quarter, I think you'd get a sweet suite pop in the share price tomorrow.
