sure. i have a friend who did that LOL.

fucking nightmare. The chick needed a way in, so he agreed to marry her.

Then it all fell apart once she moved in. Bitch from hell. I assume he got at least one fuck out of it.

But, back home in Algeria, as far as her family was concerned, he became persona non grata.

I thought, geezus, you dumb fuck.

You can guess who I am speaking of.

Brilliant guy, super nice guy, and did something like that.

anyway, getting married for the visa if you have money, still has the same problems. USA gets total custody of your wealth once you do that, via the reporting requirements. It's a very very very very stupid thing to do.

tell your so called smart friends babe. You and I both know, some of them were not actually so smart when it comes to stuff like this.

just saying.

PS: I hope you and MOM renounced your green cards when you made the big move. If you didn't.. you are both subject to what I've talked about and probably in total violation. I will presume however there's no enforcement treaty with HK/China. But if there is..... hmmm. That's a problem my friend.

"Marriage fraud is a type of deception where individuals enter into a marriage not to establish a genuine relationship, but primarily to gain immigration benefits, such as a visa or permanent residency. This practice is illegal and can lead to severe legal consequences for those involved."
