10-4 good buddy and i bet it does drain ya what about your legs? getting enough there? i know i am not like i used to for sure, as prior to 4/19/2016 [my father died] I used to walk 1.8 miles up the beach here on Chesapeake bay 2-3 times a week.. but since then, maybe 2-3 times for that distance as the first time I had ever "seen the ocean" was when we had visited my uncle, his 9 year older brother + family [he was 28 years ISS [intelligence specialist subs] Navy that lived just blocks from where I am = All brings back memories that can never be re-vived
