Rich,

The stock holding near lows on high volume means there's selling with no buying pressure.

As the stock is converted it may be sold or it may be used to replace short shares which won't be real "buying". Will make it very difficult to determine what's really going on.

Did you look at the new filing?

I know that block data is available but off the top of my head I can't say where.
