Good morning everyone,

To Norma,

I agree that the internet can be a nice media for exchanging views and sharing information. As with all things, a few people can ruin a good thing and taint and tarnish something that can have a constructive purpose when everything is on the up and up. With all the public awareness and policing that has been taking place with respect to fraud and the internet, maybe some of the "bads" of internet publishing can be kept in check, and the "goods" can be better capitolized on. It is a shame that a few have to ruin it for the majority, but this seems to be true in all things. Posting on the internet is considered a form of publishing, and writers can be held accountable to a greater degree than what one might believe for posting information that is suspect, or fraudulent.

What has been amazing to me is how certain someones will attempt to control the flow of information and damper the will and stamina of those who try to post with realistic and down to earth information, or ask questions that might cast doubts or hesitancy by using personal attacks to drive those with healthy skepticism away. I am sure alot of people just give up on posting their thoughts for fear of public humiliation and the agony of having to hassle through the mud slinging and chaos that sometimes occurs. By using attacks on self esteem, threatening to sick their lawyers on you, and in other ways trying to manipulate and intimidate with the argument that being objective and contrarian is an attempt at "ruining" a company, certain someones are able to "control" what is posted. Though I am sure there are a few cases in which gossip and rumor can ruin a company, I am willing to bet that there are more cases where gossip and rumor have accomodated scamsters and thieves to their selfish ends. And what is scary, is that it seems that alot of people are more tuned into the stuff that leans towards gossip and rumor than the stuff that is "factual".

How goes the saying? "Buy on rumor, sell on news." Therein lies the problem with hype and the internet.

I am going to type some of the more interesting sections of the SEC allegations in the civil suit for the thread in this upcoming week, for those interested. Was going to try and fax it to a few people, but thought it would be more effective and far reaching to just type up the more pertinent stuff for the thread.

By the way...What does TTYL mean? I am new to this internet jargon :)

Pleasant day to all and
See you,
Cindy

P.S. Below is a link to an article that addresses some of the problems with penny stock fraud with specific mention of IDID. Comparator Systems was a well publicized fraud that recieved quite a bit of media attention. This company was able to pull off their shenanigans via the internet while looking legit and complying on paper.
Kind of an interesting read.

Derek,

I agree and hope that something can be worked out to get some of the money back for the stockholders. It sure seems like that there are NO products to sell.

I wondered about the "new ionization technology". This is just another case for further hype. In reading the court document obtained in the hearing for Klevonic it is clear that it has been a hoax from the very beginning. What is different now??

Sure look forward to seeing you.

Ken
