Mike Hodge turned me on to this site, so I am new. I have been following TBRL since Oct and would like some other opinions. TBRL owns a chain of steakhouses with good repeat business and what looks to me like solid numbers. They have signed a merger agreement with GBFC which looks like GBFC is looking to unload some unprofitable JBs restaurants. TBRL currently trading under 6, but merger price at current GBFC rate is $6.70. I spoke to the CFO last week and he indicated the chances of this merger happening are 95%. He said everything should be finalized by April. They are getting ready to post year end numbers, and I expect them to meet or exceed expectations.

Would appreciate any responses on this one.

Mike, I second on AIRM. Shall we wait for Cary or pull the plug?
