My hope, and guess, is that this obscene behavior by Trump and Vance has instilled the same emotional repulsion and anger response in our allies, that is has in me. NATO and the EU are human and i'll bet they are pissed right now, and know that like with Putin, the only thing Trump will understand is raw power, and he is not an ally!! I am guessing they are talking right now that they have to form a plan for dealing with this rouge criminal who won the white house. And they know that as soon as the Democrats regain power they will reverse all the damage Trump did as much as they can, so it does not need to be long term per se.
