Bernie Well, there goes the neighbourhood :-) Seriously, it is a really nice place. It is old and ''settled" and I love it. Views are something else too. I sit right up behind Diamond Head and I am so high up that I can see into it and over it. I actually get an unbroken view of the horizon behind Waikiki and Downtown. And an unobstructed sunset view too. Hard to beat. But it costs :-( Cheers, Torben
