Mohan, I think you are correct, but the "foreigners" are picking up the best of the crop, when these are gone, the less profitable outfits will simply be written off, and that is, I believe, when the second shoe drop, and a bunch of banks (a lot of Japanese and European banks, and to a lesser extent few US money center banks) will have to take their lumps.
