In Alan Abelson's column in Barron's, there was a discussion with a money manager who thinks that El Nino will provide an extremely hot, dry summer. He feels that grain crops will be hurt badly, and energy demand will be very strong.

MDCO is only down about 3.5% today, which is not too too bad (considering that FGII is down over 6%, but that's a momentum stock). EVI, GLM, RON, TMAR all down over 4% and OSX down 3.8, so we're a little better than the index.

I think by May, the 20's are the right ones to sell. However, if OPEC says they will reallocate the quotas of their members based on Iraq selling oil and to support the price, then possibly 22.5's or 25 by MAY.

In the absence of news, the stock seems to want to stay in a tight range (the BB are indicating this....), so you may get 2 from option decay vs stock drop. If the stock goes to mid 16's, you could get there faster.
