Hi Ski,

IMHO, Major put buying is a sign of a major bottom.

Market makers take in a lot of money selling puts.

The puts become worthless if they exceed the put strike price.

If one applies max pain to a huge put position from the lense of the market maker, they will move heaven and earth to assure those huge put positions go to $00.00.

That can only be achieved by a higher market.
