To All,
Good news!!! AAPL's business is up from CRN's source.

"Percent Of Resellers Citing Apple As Their Best-Seller"

February 23, 1998,
Apple's presence in the small- and midsize-company market has improved slightly over the past year, according data from the CRN reseller hardware poll. An average of 4 percent of resellers surveyed over the past year listed Apple as the manufacturer of their best-selling desktop. This is up 1 percentage point from the 1996 figure. A slightly higher increase was seen in notebooks. These figures remain below the 6 percent to 7 percent levels seen in early 1995, before the vendor began its slide. Note:Figures are an average of monthly data from Jan. '97 to Jan. '98 for desktops, notebooks and servers, and from Mar. '97 to Jan. '98. Base:1,950 to 2,600 responding resellers; 1,650 to 2,200 for workstations.
