Was that a real cut or a government cut?

That was personnel. It was real. The craziness of it was that we had just a double the bank and a 3 way merger in the brokerage unit ( nonconsecutive). The result usually caused more problems because the environment was stable and many of the people were low on the learning curve.

You probably read about some of the problems in the media.
