I agree Dough. I am not complaining. i can't ever complain about the current stocks I have accumulated for several years and yes my portfolio is down now but it has been a financially successful few years. I did sell some NVDA last year but it was planned. I started accumulating PLTR in the fall. I knew it was a risk because the PE was about a gazillion. But, I still think is may be stock of the future. However it's biggest customer is the govt so that could change things. I bought it 4 times in Nov with the highest price in the low 40s and considered it an accumulator and didn't even put a stop on it. And sometimes stupid works. Because PLTR has been a double. But it could have been a triple. When I bought it I really thought it looked like a stock of the future. However I am setting stops as we speak. But dangit everytime I set stops it has been a mistake. . And I had jingles in my pocket to maybe start accumulating ENPH and INTC. if I had a brain, i shoulda bought SDOW or SQQQ. Bad couple of days but because my acct looks pitiful, I need to change my ways in this environment though to stay alive. I am not optimistic about the economy right now. The tax breaks for the billionaires seems to be the top priority and to heck with how they get there. With so many people out of work right now there will surely be a lot of terrible ramifications. Lots of bankruptcies, lots of sadness for families who have to start all over.....Count our blessings while we can and make good decisions in the near future. And continue to get feedback from you guys. And remember that I can't trade ;o).
