FACT: The law of unintended consequences has never been repealed. Something Donnie never learned. Trump's address is going to try to repair the damage to the markets. Remember he constantly bragged to "judge him by how the markets are doing". So far, not so good.

I think we are looking at a relief rally, "not" the resumption of the Bull Market. Just my take at this moment in time.
